Geo Duck, Aus Lobster Sashimi Served with Superior Broth
The Geo Duck was super! It's good as sashimi or "shabu shabu".
金沙片皮豬全體 (Rating: 4.5)
BBQ Whole Sucking Piglet Server with Wrapping Dough & Condiments
The pig skins were served with "pancake", just like peking duck.
原鼎佛跳牆 Buddha Jump over the Wall (Rating: 4)
They were generous with the shark's fins, however, was disappointed that there were no 花胶. My family members find the soup a bit cold and smell fishy.
Crispy Scallop Stuffed in Chempedak & Smoked Duck Breast with Black Pepper & Fresh Plum Sauce (Rating: 3.5)
Steamed Sliced Whole Red Grouper topped with Crabmeat & Roe Sauce (Rating: 3.5)
Poached Rice with Lobster Claw Meat (Rating: 4)
The poached rice was nice, with the freshness from the lobster. There were many side dishes to go with the poached rice - fried scallop, ikan bilis, fried egg, seaweed etc
Bird Nest Steamed in Fresh Papaya with Ginseng (Rating: 3.5)
